Age Limit: (As on 01.09.2021)
The Applicants should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as on 01/09/2021. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Selection Procedure for NCR:
Selection Procedure:
✓Selection of the eligible Applicants for imparting training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 will be based on the merit list which would be prepared taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the Applicants in both Matriculation [with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks] and ITI examination giving equal weight age to both.
✓Further, for trades where minimum educational criteria is 8th pass s ITI, the merit list will be prepared by taking average of marks scored in 8th and ITI (in the trade in which Apprenticeship to be done) marks. Short listed candidates, thus enlisted, will be called for document/ certificate verification to the extent of 1.5 times of the notified vacancies.
Application Fee/Exam Fee:
✓Application fees (Non-refundable) - Rs. 100/-.
✓No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/PWD/Women Applicants.
✓The payment can be made by using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking etc. by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the Applicants.
